Green Spaces
Green Space is an important part of every community. In Newnan, we currently have three green spaces: our Outdoor Classroom, our Pollinator Garden, and the Linc.
Outdoor Classroom & Pollinator Garden
KNB is proud of this project that turned an empty lot into a lush green space in 2017.

Building on the idea that the outside environment is an important place to learn and grow, KNB partnered with Niagara Cares in 2019 to create the first Outdoor Classroom in Coweta County. Using natural and recycled materials, it is full of fun activities for children under 10.
The Outdoor Classroom is located at 14 Carmichael Street behind University of West Ga in downtown Newnan.
